Great product
The product box was not in great shape but the shipping box was fine. I guess the product box does not matter since I was just throwing it out anyway. I ordered both the cold pack and the hot and cold pack. I used the cold one and it is very cold and soft and comfortable on the body, even sitting on it.
Update I’ve purchased 3 of the smaller ones that have the Velcro strap. I liked mine so much, I sent out two as gifts. I recommend this product.
