My old FoodSaver model V3230 worked for about 6 years. It was loud, obstinate, not always reliable- wasting vacuum bags, and awkward to use and clean. Recently the side lever twisted off and it became unusable. This brand new replacement model, VS0150 is incredible, so much so that I'm writing my first review of any product bought on Amazon. Small, quiet (at least compared to the earlier model), and extremely reliable. I am very pleased with it. If you are considering a vacuum sealer look no further!
