I am a nurse working 12-14 hour shifts at the hospital. I am on my feet ALL day long (literally). I bought these insoles to put in a new pair of Nikes and they are amazing. I removed the original Nike soles and put these in. I am comfortable on my feet all day long and no longer return home with sore feet or legs (nurses, you know what I mean). They are squishy and also offer great arch and heel support. If you are a nurse or anyone who works long hours on your feet, these insoles are for you!
