I hesitated to purchase this product based on previous reviews. I even went as far as to purchase the cell sticky pads as suggested in another review. Though similar, the products are NOT the same; the FurZapper doesn't stick to the drum and actually worked for me (the cell sticky pads did not, but I used them for other things); it removed 95% of fur off my dogs' bedding. I don't know how the product works as no hair was actually on the FurZapper, but I have 3 short haired dogs & was tired of their hair clogging my washer and/or leaving hair behind in the dryer only to get on the next load of laundry. I wonder if the product worked b/c of the type of dog fur as it worked for some and not for others, or that I have a Samsung front-end loader and in San Diego, our water is hard? But I am glad I took the chance and purchased this item after all. I recommend this item!
