Lovely, thoughtful and inclusive book for parents to share with their children
From the soothing watercolor artwork to the delightful and meaningful poetry, the Duchess and Mr. Robinson were incredibly thoughtful in their choices for this book. I see it as an heirloom that can be passed on for many generations. Even though The Bench began as a beautiful poem for the Duke in celebration of his first Father's Day, we can now all share it's touching message with loved ones of any age. Many will see themselves or those they love represented upon it's pages. But, the sweet message conveyed therein is meaningful no matter who reads the story.
