The shipping was really fast, and the packaging was secure engouh. My Office Chair was perfect without any damage. The installation for this chair was supper easy. It only took me around 10 mins to install. When I sat on it. I was supprise, the quality of this chair was much better than I thought. It is a comfortable chair, and I love it. The appearance of this chair is fancy. What you see in the pictures is what it looks like. The size of this chair was perfect. The best thing I like for this chair is this chair is not really heavy. Definitely 5 stars for this chair!
