Great support all around but definatly sized small. What ever size you are thinking about getting move up one. There is a sizing guide on the back of the packaging that I didn't see on the Amazon site. Basically you measure the circumference of your leg 2" below your knee cap and small is 12.25-13.25 inch, M is 13-14 inch, L is 13.75-14.75 XL 14.5 -15.5 and XLL 15.25-16.25. I was going to get the XL but after reading reviews about the sizing purchased the XXL and am glad I did. Fits great, thought it wasn't going to fit at first and had to really pull in on but it loosened up a little and not is perfect.
