I know my star rating and my heading seem to contradict....this is a wonderful product for my fine hair. I have often bought it on Amazon...but the last can was defective and Amazon will NOT let you return an aerosol product. Amazon does not tell you that upfront. They need to be more open and warn you about that policy when you put it in your cart. Soooooo... Do not buy this item or ANY aerosol product through Amazon. It is better to pay a little more and buy directly from the official Oribe website...or Neiman Marcus.. This is a pricey item...and if the can is defective..you will be out $42-$45. UPDATE - I thought I had already updated, but I don't see it here. The company DID send me a replacement can. It also was hard to get going - but I was determined. I think they must have some kind of safety feature on it that makes it very hard to use the first time. Just press REALLY hard until you here a click (you think it is breaking) and then it works just fine. I thought I was going to break it - but be persistent. I was impressed the company sent me a replacement without requiring the "defective" one back. And - once I learned the trick to getting it to work, I was able to get the "defective" one to work. Some are just very hard to get working the first time.
