I’m not one to write reviews usually but I have to for this because it WORKS!!! I never really took great care of my teeth and it began to show in my teenage years with yellow stained teeth. But within the first three days I could tell that the strips where slowly whitening my teeth and my last day (today) I can definitely say that my teeth have been tremendously whitened. My friends and family took notice and complimented me on how white my teeth got in such a short amount of time. I will share my routine below: 1) wipe off teeth with tissued to make teeth dry 2) apply strips and wait an hour (the box recommends 30 minutes to an hour) 3) peel off strips after an hour 4) brush teeth 5) rinse mouth with Crest Prohealth Advanced Extra Whitening mouthwash for 1-2 minutes 6) smile! I will definitely be reordering more to see if I can make my teeth whiter. Also, side note, I ordered the mint flavor rather than the coconut due to people saying the coconut had an unpleasant taste — just keep in mind. But 5 stars all around from me. :)
