There are plenty of other reviews about how awesome this pillow is so I won't repeat what has already been said over and over. I just want to help other buyers out with a quick tip. It is very easy to lose the little stuff sack that comes with in your tent at night or whatever. You can simply take the draw string on the stuff sack, wrap it around the valve clip, and snap it to the pillow. That way you won't have any chance of losing it when using the pillow. Also, I got the regular size. I'm a person of average size, a side sleeper, and it's totally sufficient for my needs. For me personally, I don't see any reason to move up to a large. .................HOPE THIS HELPS!
