Great supplement. My B12 was low and this is helping. My blood work showed a value of 357. It was in range but on the low side. I experienced tingling, numbness, tiredness, depression and hallucinations. My doctor did not connect the symptoms. I wish the medical community would consider vitamin deficiencies first and become familiar with them since the modern diet is so lacking. After taking these for a few days life feels different. I feel how I felt when I was young. I appreciate and enjoy things. Things interest me now. I haven't felt this way in a long time. These work! I honestly did not think it would work. These worked faster than I thiught also, maybe too fast because when I had my b12 tested the level was 2000. I thought there was some mistake with the Quest lab report, but I checked with the doctor and she said my B12 was too high! She told me to stop the supplement which I did immediately.
