i have severe back pain and this really helps. i was using a compounded cream but medicare stopped paying for it. found this and it is way way cheaper than a compound. it takes a few days for this to sink in and start working but it does work just give it a chance. i use this along with voltaren. 4 dobs voltaren 1 dob arnica . dob on each hip dob on tail bone dob on spine above hips. use arnica on tail bone. i take a narcotic for pain but it just makes it bearable. i do this twice a day and can get a little sleep each time. people with this pain know what i mean. i really hope this can help someone else as it has me. it helps me not to cry. it is not that expensive and worth a try.
