I bought this one because my other one (from a different company using a different app) just stopped finding things on my phone. When I received this one I did what most people do which is plug it in, download the app, click on my phone to choose which items to copy over and..... why isn't it working? Well its because the user experience in confusing and not intuitive. You actually have to go to the drive and click the + and From Library. Once I did that everything copied fine and now it makes me wonder if the drive I threw away was also not intuitive (it had been a while since I used it). You SHOULD just have to click on your phone, select the files you want to copy over and hit MOVE. It would be so much more intuitive. But I believe these drives and probably the app are created by a third party and these sellers just purchase them in bulk, put their name on them and name their version of the app whatever they want so everyone is using the same hardware and the same software instead of making their own. In any case, Step #2 of the instructions is what you want to know how to move stuff from your phone onto this drive. And it works great.
