Almost didn't buy because of the bad reviews, so I thought I should give my opinion. For a cheap rack this works great. I did not install wheels so it sits stable on the floor. People who had this tip over must not have assembled correctly. Posts must be pushed firmly into place. (push hard until it won't move anymore) I have 35 t-shirts on top and 20+ on bottom. I have no worries of it tipping. Works great.
