Have these over a month now and they are sturdy. love the towel and bag. the bag however is poor quality. for the cost of these ands, the bag could have been of a higher quality. bag tore at the top in no time and I haven't even carried the bag with the bands anywhere. so I would recommend that the company improve the bag and in the interim, you might have to invest in good bag for yourself to carry them in. other than the poor quality of the bag, these bands are the best. Used them over 5 weeks now nd no complaints yet. UPDATE: Bought these in June 2020. We are in October 2020 and these are still going strong. Used everyday and no issues. i particularly love the fact that these bands dont smell awful they smell normal for rubber bands. other brands of resistance bands that i bought smell so awful, of course cuz they using the cheap rubber. but IRON INFIDEL is definitely up there with the quality band makers.
