I bought the Indestible for my dog; and she chewed it up. When I contacted the seller by email and asked about a replacement ball for her, no one responded. She is an extreme chewer; however they advertise the ball as having a lifetime replacement guarantee. If you look at the photos you can tell how much of the ball she has chewed. I was disappointed that they did not honor their lifetime replacement guarantee.
