No Diversity in the Witches
If you don’t mind that most of the witches are white you’ll be ok with this set. Maybe (and that’s a big maybe) some of them could be Brown (and that’s only a few that MIGHT be) but there are definitely no Black witches. Black cats, yes. But no Black people and questionable if there’s really even any Brown ones. I also think its somewhat odd to have kings and queens in a deck that is about witches. Were queens and kings even ok with witches? Seems like witches in society were shunned. Even in Disney there’s the evil witch and the royal are depicted as “good”... something about this just doesn’t sit right. Honestly, if you’re going to create a deck that’s meant for everyone then create a deck with witches of all colors, sexes, shapes and sizes. Otherwise just say that the deck is only meant for white people so I can know not to buy it.
