Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I can count on one hand the returns I’ve done with amazon. I’ve always been so happy but this is the second return this week due to either wrong description or damaged. I realize it’s a busy time of year but very frustrating!! I obviously was not expecting this to be a high end rug but I did expect it to come without stains on it. I’ve tried cleaning it but no luck! My daughter is so disappointed! One picture is with a flash one without but you can see “discoloration” with both pictures.
