My rating is soly based on this being the first steamer I have ever owned. Pros: Small and light weight machine, good price, has good steam power and several attachments with long extension wand. Cons: Water tank is very small and difficult to fill, always end up over filling or under filling. The power coord is way to short and you can't do more than a arms length around you without using an etension cord. It take atleast 20 minutes or more to preheat so dont be in a rush when using it. The first 15 to 30 seconds of spraying is a blast of solid water not steam. I assume this is because the hose stores water from last use and you need to flush it out but it makes a huge mess if your not carful. They should also give you more than 1 scrubbing brush because it will only last you one day. In the end it does get the job done but you need to work at it for stubborn stains. I found pre-treating the area first with a spray cleaner helps. Just never add any cleaners in the water of the steamer as they can damage the unit.
