I recently received a new Nespresso that came with 16 separate samples of Nespresso Vertuoline coffee pods. The Stormio pod was one of my favorites and I was excited to see it offered here at great price. I ordered the 3 sleeves. After they came I popped a pod in my Nespresso anticipating the same quality cup of coffee but was disappointed. The aroma, the crema and the flavor was NOT the same. The coffee was not as rich and had a bitter bite. It was nothing special. Other family members agreed. I ordered the welcome pack from Nespresso directly. It came with a sleeve of the Stormio. That pod produced the wonderful creamy, rich, smooth cup of coffee I experienced with my new machine. The picture shows a difference in the pods. The darker print came from Nespresso. The faded one from Amazon. Just a thought... maybe Nespresso produces a grade B product for places like Amazon, Walmart, etc. and we are not getting a deal but are actually paying a fair price for an inferior product. What I purchased off Amazon is inferior to the same product I purchased directly from Nespresso.
