Not terribly happy with the temperamental, and often random, working of The Clapper. After a few months of use, here is what I have found to be consistent with The Clapper: 1) It rarely activates if your claps are not uniform in sound. A strong clap followed by a clap just slightly lower in sound will fail. 2) You have to time the claps perfectly. Two claps too close together and it won't work. Two claps too far apart, it won't work. 3) It often comes on when I don't clap at all, such as by walking into the room, by closing the closet door, by tapping the wall, during intimate bedtime moments... it's got a mind of it's own sometimes. In summary, it is consistently inconsistent! It's comical now, but I would not recommend it for someone who must rely on consistency. Good luck!
