I ordered an XS-petite and they were too long. I have other pairs of cherokee pants in XS petite and normally they fit well, but these were very long - I think it's the flare and bell-bottom thing they have going on (why is that still a thing for scrub pants anyway?) that makes them too long. I had to return them. Aside from that, they were also uncomfortable. The fabric is pretty stiff, and the waist band was too loose. I am 4'10" and 115 lbs, fairly muscular. Pretty short and stout, I don't normally worry about elastic waist bands being too loose. I would have been pulling these up all day if I had kept them. The crotch also looked really weird on me - not sure if that is because I have a short torso and long legs, maybe because I have thick thighs, or who knows, but if my scrub shirts weren't long on me (short girl problems) then I'd be embarrassed to wear these--I didn't take a picture, but it looked as if I was wearing a diaper from the front, that's how poofed out it was around my crotch! It was relatively close fitting around my upper thighs then super loose everywhere else.
