Very poor/thin materials and even worse customer service.
So after reading multiple reviews of this shed both good and bad I decided to the trade off of saving some money on buying this kit was worth it from the negatives I'd read about. Most of the negatives were how difficult it was to install, how many pieces there are etc. I wasn't worried about that and after receiving it I can say yes it is a lot of work to construct but most mechanically inclined people can figure it out no problem. The materials are very thin especially the support structure. After getting about 80% of the shed completed I walked into my back yard to see the shed that I've spent thousands of dollars on and lots of man hours to be crumbled up pile of scrap. (See Pictures).
I cannot stress to all potential buyers to please do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There was no major storm, tornado or hurricane that caused this. The weather was beautiful with a light breeze. This shed is made with the cheapest and thinnest materials possible that crumbled under its own weight. Companies used to care about the quality of products they put their name on but not anymore. I contacted Arrow Sheds directly to see if they would make the situation right. I received terrible customer service in the name of "that's our policy". I emailed them the pictures and explained the situation they only thing they offered me was to purchase the pieces that were damaged (which would be 70% of the parts). They wouldn't offer any sort of refund/ exchange or even to send out replacement pieces to fix the damage.
It saddens me that this is how companies treat customers nowadays. Companies used to take pride in the products they put their name on, but long gone are those days. Customer service and Quality have been replaced with "Policy" and the largest profits possible. Companies spend more money on marketing trying to sell us inferior products instead of actually producing quality products that would sell themselves.
Now I'm stuck with this scrap metal in my back yard that I'm going to have to pay to haul away to the dump. Again please do not buy a sorry excuse for a shed from Arrow. Not only is the material poor, with the amount of work involved in assembling this erector set you can use stronger materials with the same amount of effort and a little more cost.
