Not for kids
So bummed. Started reading this to my 9, 6 and 4 year olds. First few chapters the parents are screaming at each other and the dad walks out. The mom starts dating a man with his own daughter. I understand there are real families like these (my own childhood) but I think elementary is too young to be thinking this is normal. Maybe middle school or high school age.
