Updated 4/09/2021 - I have had 2 more emails for the seller asking me to delete the review, Amazon you need to take action against this behavior, I am being harassed for being honest Updated 4/07/2021 -I was contacted by the vendor today with the following message: "We apologize for your negative comments on the Cyezcor Video Conference Lighting Kit At the same time, I am very grateful that these comments allow us to correct the existing problems and urge us to develop better. Comments are very important to us, and we also attach great importance to the comments left by buyers. Based on these comments, we are working hard to improve the product quality and service.,and we are contacting new manufacturers to improve products. For a shop like ours, a bad review is a fatal blow to us. Could you please forgive me and help me delete the review? If you can, I want to refund ($26) to you to express my gratitude. " Original Feedback which is an accurate review which I still stand by. I returned the product for multiple reasons: 1) The light is very bright, even at the lowest setting, to be placed on a laptop screen 2) It causes circular reflections on my eyeglass lenses. It was so distracting that the light is useless. 3) The clip to mount on a laptop screen is very strong and "squished" the top edge of of MACbook and we were concerned it would damage the screen 4) The plastic feels brittle and cheap and not sure how durable this will be over time.
