I originally purchased this bag the middle of June and loved it! It's very roomy, seemed well made, the perfect bag. Then one day, I picked it up, slung it over my shoulder and *boom, it lands on the ground. The loop that holds the shoulder strap clip had become completely unstitched from the bag. Luckily, I had one day left on the return window, so I returned it and Amazon replaced it. (Fun fact... I checked into it, and Fossil only warranties bags that they sell, so even though I paid the same price as Fossil would have charged, they would not have honored their warranty.) I received the replacement bag overnight (great service from Amazon) and have used the bag for about 2 weeks. Repeat... 14 days. 2 flipping WEEKS. This morning, I inspected the loop and yep... It's becoming unstitched again. (see pic) I could probably take it to a leather shop and get it repaired, but for a $248 bag with 2 weeks of wear? I really shouldn't have to. I'll be returning this one for a refund, before it comes all the way undone and I drop it again and start looking for a different brand of "perfect bag". I'm very disappointed in Fossil and their quality. I considered the first time a flaw that sometimes happens. But to have the exact same issue within 2 weeks of use? Unacceptable. Fossil, if you read this.... "Get your *ahem" stuff" together. You're not making the quality of products you're charging for...
