Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have always been suspect of negative reviews and felt they may just be sour grapes from someone that either doesn't understand how to operate the device or how to work with customer support to get the problem resolved. However, after my experience with this tablet, I am now of a different opinion. From day one, this tablet has presented nothing but problems. It shuts down for no reason right in the middle of using it. While rebooting it would lock up on the initial screen or in the middle of using an app or reading a book forcing you to manually reboot the device. It presents itself with multiple problem which happen every few minutes. After researching this on the internet I found, from comments of other frustrated owners, they have encountered the same or similar problems. This is the 7th generation version and these problems existed going back several generations. It seems that Amazon should have been able to resolve them before releasing their newest version but most likely have no clue what causes them and would rather deal with the problem by sending a replacement rather than fixing the problem. Sorry this review has to be so negative but its better to hear the truth than experiencing the frustration.
