A family member ordered this trampoline for our daughtr's second birthday next week. Pros: It got to our house in less than 24 hours after palcing the order! and its pretty. Cons: The box was beat up when it arrived. after attempting to put it together by myself, I ended up calling my husband over to help. but sadly, he couldnt do it either. heres why- 2 of the leg pole extensions were warped and would NOT fit onto the frame pole. My husband hammered and hammered to get them on to the frame and once he succeeded, we discovered that one of the frame poles (the one the defective legs were jammed on) was warped as well! The screw holes didnt line up! so all in all, we spent 2 hours trying to put this thing together with three defective pieces- didnt work. I contacted the company to request replacement parts. hopefully it will be done and ready to go by my daughter's birthday!!!! ******UPDATE****** After sending an email as soon as I discovered the defective parts, I got no response. so I waited..... I called the customer service this morning, multiple times and left multiple messages. FINALLY after calling NOT once, NOT twice, NOT three times, but ELEVEN TIMES i FINALLY got ahold of someone and you know what he told me????? he told me to hang up and send him an email!!!!!!! ALL THE FRUSTRATION AND HEADACHE IS NOT WORTH THE PRODUCT OR THE MONEY!!!!! SPEND MORE MONEY AND GET A BIGGER, BETTER TRAMPOLINE FORM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!! ************UPDATE II**************** So it has been TWO weeks and I STILL have not recieved the replacement parts for my daughters trampoline! it is STILL sitting in PIECES in my livingroom! The company claims to have shipped the pieces out of the ware house over a week ago, do i have the pieces in a box at my front door??? NO!!!!!!! I sent them another e-mail telling them that was very unhappy with their product and customer service. I told them that I didnt pay all this money for the darn thing to sit in pieces in my house and that I expect the pieces at my house within the next week or I am going to call to talk to a supervisor and file a complaint on the person I have been emailing (Berny). SO FRUSTRATED! *********YET ANOTHER UPDATE******* Finally got a package on my front porch from the pure global company which I thoughwas my replacement parts. I opened the box, Ready to FINALLY put my daughters trampoline together, and low-and-behold THEY SENT THE WONRG PARTS! I looked at past emails etc and looked at the model numbner to make sure I typed in in right, and I did. so again, this is ANOTHER mistake on their part! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
