Purchased the two cloud pillows one after another within a month. Given that Tempurpedic is a international brand, I was appalled and wasn't quite ready to expect the two pillows to have such a big difference in quality control. Photos showed significant colour difference and also a certain degree of height difference. There's also different numeric markings on both pillows. The yellowish one marked "21" is higher, stiffer, looks "used and old" , memory foam slightly torn and even both sides of the same pillow are displaying different hues of yellow stains. The white one marked "11" is slightly lower, softer and obviously newer. Trust me, we are talking about the same pillow. Flipped the sides of yellow-stained pillow and took some photos of it folded to show the difference. Returning the pillow is such a hassle given this covid-19 situation, while keeping it seemed disgusting to use. What should consumers do to get assurance from a big international brand like Tempur? I certainly hope we are not getting "Recycled" pillows. It's hygiene and quality control we are talking about right now. :(
