I choose this rating because the package i got was grey NOT a box.. it look like it had been ripped open and taped back together. The boots i ordered a size 7 and im pretty sure they gave me a 6... The seller kept asking me to send them to ANOTHER person who ordered them in the USA in stead of where they are located in China, because i wanted to return them for these reason; 1. The boots are not the right size 2. There was a thousand thread strings i had to cut off before i could even try them on! 3. The fur looks NOTHING like the picture and it wasn't even attached all the way to the boot! There was a huge gap where they "forgot" to sew the fur to the boot! which was my BIGGEST concern with these boots! Now It has been several days, I have gotten my refund but, the seller wont send me a return label and insists i send them to someone else who has ordered them.. Which i think that's what happened to me got them sent by someone who was trying to return them.. The boots are defective and I will NOT send them to someone else in the USA because they ordered them. I have contacted amazon TWICE about this!!! This seller is HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE buy from another seller! it shouldn't take this long to get a return label! But from another seller or save your money! NOT WORTH ALL THIS HASSLE!
