The software on this tablet was changed such that I can no longer use some of the apps that I used extensively on my previous Kindle. This should have been clearly told to me prior to purchase. When I spoke to customer service regarding the demise of my previous Kindle they assured me that once I got the new one all of my apps, books, documents, etc. would be automatically available from my Amazon account. Not so.
