We purchased this small pool as a large water habitat for our 11in female slider turtle. We were not able to put it up right away. About 2 months after purchase, we were able to get it set up. It went up easily and looked great. We only needed it filled 6in. and were able to easily set up her habitat, filter, and aquarium heater. After letting it sit overnight to slowly warm up to 74°, we went to see how it was coming along. Major problem, our carpet was soaked by about a 4ft circle around one leg post. Over the next 3 days of slowly draining the pool and trying to locate the leak, we have up and emptied it out. We had retained both the manufacturers box and shipping box and contacted Amazon. We were referred to the sellers. We received an email stating that our exchange period had passed. We let them know that a leak source could not be located which lent us to believe thatit was a seam issue (ie manufacturing issue). The 2nd response was a repeat of the 1st. No assistance given. We are highly disappointed in this seller. After being Amazon customers for many years, this is the 1st return need we have ever had difficulty with.
