Package arrived in tact. Installation was easy. Very pleased with appearance and output of heat. It takes a while to heat the room (400 sq ft) but does the job to take the chill off. Installing a new outlet to hide the power cord. I would recommend this product to others. It's a winner for the price. Update: unit quit working. Called Touchstone customer service. Received a voicemail, left a message to call me concerning issue. No call back. I would say that my pleasure with this unit is gone based on completely unsatisfactory customer service.
