The mug makes this warmer set useless
The manual clearly states that the mug needs a flat bottom, not concave. Why then did they give me a mug with a concave bottom?
After 1-hour of filling the mug with hot coffee and setting it on the heater, my coffee is just above room temperature ... luke-warm at best. So frustrating.
You had one job. Next time read your own manual.
