NO WARRANTY - LIVE_WELL IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED SELLER
The product itself worked great for 10-months. I submitted a warranty claim to Zojirushi. I was advised Live-Well is NOT AN AUTHORIZED SELLER and thus there is no warranty. Don't buy this from Live-Well.
