Nice phone but be wary of seller
Really like this phone, but one of the handsets was defective -- the display was bad. Rather than the usual great Amazon return policy, I had to contact FactoryDepot. Nice customer service but they do NOT replace the defective item unless I pay for shipping. Bad form. Panasonic will, but I get a re-manufactured replacement rather than a new phone. Will definitely be wary of using Amazon storefronts in the future, especially this one.
