I chose this rating because this product is not 100% peppermint oil at all. What I received was 100% mentha arvensis - wild mint or corn mint. Look really good at the label. The label that I'm currently looking at (my Amazon review site) says 100% Natural Oil. The identification print says Peppermint Oil 100% Pure - 16oz. If you want 100% Peppermint Oil, this IS NOT IT!!!
