If you think it will ever look like the photo...
It came shrink wrapped and no matter how much I have tried to fluff and shape it it still looks terrible. This photo is after messing with for 15 minutes. As far as it being orthopedic, there is no way because the bottom has maybe a handful of poly batting. The same with the sides. You can actually feel the little balls of poly batting that are "here and there". Not nearly enough batting in the whole bed. Very disappointed.
