Buyer beware! To even start the machine you have to sign up for an iFit membership. They tell you the first month is free but they don’t tell you you are locked in to the $15 per month fee for a minimum of one year! A total scam. The manual is awful and doesn’t tell you anything about the preselected programs. It won’t allow you to do a timed workout on your own. If you want to preselect a time you need to use one of their programs, otherwise you just have to stop and get off after you’re done and the clock keeps running. I got online with Nordictrack help and they wanted to charge me $5 to connect me with someone who could answer my question! I wish I was making this up.
