I must sadly report that this product had an adverser effect on me. While I did receive a new mood, the mood was dug up out of the deepest pits of Hades. I tried half a dose and a full dose always with the same result, I would wake up in a full rage. I wasted 35 dollars. I hope this adverse result is isolated to me and the rest of the customers experience better results. I discontinued taking the supplemtnet and i went back to normal.
