Item looks great. Good bass ... NO treble. I'm an IT guy. Electronic product installations are quite easy for me. THIS product, however, took me a call to Samsung after spending an HOUR attempting to hookup via BlueTooth to my Samsung QLED TV! Had to do a RESTART of the TV before I could "Pair" it via BT. Worked OK ... but the volume was lacking. I say that because I had a portable Sony speaker (20W) originally attached via BT that was WAY louder and quite clear vs this muddy sounding soundbar. The NEXT day, I turned on the TV and this item AGAIN refused to link via BT ... even though I could see it listed as having been paired. I attempted to contact Samsung ... but no one was available to contact me back. After another hour waiting with Amazon for assistance I gave up! Sending this POOR piece of equipment back!! DO NOT BUY!!
