My son saved up for many months for this, he and I looked and many different stereo systems online and this is the one that made the most sense for his wants, he wanted a CD player a cassette player an FM radio but most importantly he wanted a record player. The record player unit came in good working order. And he was thrilled for about 10 minutes. Then the PLASTIC needle broke on the record player, and the sound became awful. The other functions continue to work ie: CD player, radio, cassette player. But my son has Autism Spectrum Disorder and the loss of the record player, which was the function he wanted the most, was devastating and he flew into a rage. To think that this product would be in my home for less than half an hour and would break is completely unacceptable. I am angry at the company for false advertiseing. I will never buy a product from your company again.
