XBOS-3013 Error - will not redeem. Microsoft cannot help at this time. Buyer beware.
Error trying to redeem. Microsoft said it is a known issue and they are working on it, not ETA at this time. I read on other media/forums that many other people are having same issue redeeming. We are dead in the water until they fix this I guess.
