Since I am constantly purchasing things on Amazon, I usually only write a review about a product if it's an extreme (really positive extremely negative). Well, I saw the commercial for this Micro Touch Solo and thought, "FINALLY"!!.. immediately purchased it, read all the product information, etc. The first (and only) time I got to use it: started shaving/trimming my face and instantly thought this was great...got a little more than half way through trimming my face n noticed it was realllly starting to slow down... 75% through shaving it was barely even still running and began pulling the facial hairs n getting stuck between the blades then battery died completely. I had 90% of my face trimmed, and I didn't even get to touch my neck or anything lower than my jaw line. So I fully recharged it and once it was charged, went to finish shaving and the trimmers weren't even working at all. I popped the trimmer head off and spent quite a while using the cleaning brush as well as a can of compressed air used for keyboard cleaning and attached the trimmer head and it worked but definitely wasn't as good as the first 1-2 minutes I used it. So I finished shaving the rest of my face and had to use an actual razor to shave my neck and everything left below my jawline cause I wasn't going to put up with the trimmers continuing to pull out and get jammed/stuck between the blades. I'm 34 and have fairly fine facial hair, in fact, I only need to shave maybe once every 2-3 weeks. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this product unless you only plan on using it for quick little edging/straightening lines/cleaning up area where a razor or larger trimmers can't .. VERY disappointed!..
