I was getting very little out of this battery so I decided to measure the capacity to find out why. This device, from a full charge, only gets 6500mah. Brand new out of the box, fully charged, and only getting 65% the advertised capacity. What a disappointment. I'll attach a screenshot of my measurement. I ran the Nest camera as the load. As you can see, the point where the battery died is at the 6524mah capacity mark. Highly disappointing.
