I purchased 2 of these blankets, one for my home and one for my vacation house. The one at my vacation house, which was protected between my flat sheet and comforter, and used maybe 10x, all of a sudden had a bunch of little tears all over it. I contacted sunbeam customer service directly and while the warranty was still good, they could only replace my king blanket with a full size blanket. After contacting the BBB, they are now only offering to refund the cost of the blanket and not the taxes, plus the blanket now costs more than when I purchased it so if I want a safe, no holes, heated blanket it will cost me almost $20 more due to their defective product. Do NOT buy from this company!!! Quality sucks and the customer service is even worse!
