Terrible experience after being an early adopter of Loupedeck keyboard I thought I’d give this a try. The first Loupedeck was plagued with sticky buttons and while I liked the workflow, the hardware left a lot to be desired. I ordered this and gave it a try in Lightroom and DaVinci Resolve and found the workflow too cumbersome and difficult to create the muscle memory to actually save me time. It tries to do too much and seems overly complicated piece of hardware. Decided it wasn’t for me and sent to back to Amazon and Loupedeck themselves stuck me with a $110 restocking fee!! This was never disclosed anywhere in the product page. This is shady and not the way to make money on your customers and speaks volumes to how many people must not be happy and choose to return as well. Don’t buy and make the same mistake I did. Never again will I buy any Loupedeck product.
