They look and smell like the many pairs I've brought from the Lucky Brand store in the mall, however they feel like cheap knockoffs! If I didn't pack them new into my suitcase for a business trip and have no choice but to wear them I'd send them back.. The exterior leather is rough, almost crunchy. The back of the shoe that touches your Achilles is stiff and inflexible. All of the stretching, wear and conditioner in the world hasn't helped. These were a fifty buck rip off!!! Actually they cost me an extra three bucks because I had to buy bandages for the blisters on the back of my feet. I NEVER got blisters w/the 4 true pair I bought from the Lucky Brand store. I'm not sure if these are from a different manufacturer, bad quality control or somehow counterfeits but I wouldn't recommend purchasing if you're expecting a level of quality similar to those sold in Lucky Brand brick and mortar locations.
