I bought this to replace the cord on two of my computers. It is really cool that the cord was flat but that is about it. The connectors on the end of the Cat5 are put on as cheap as you can get. Once it is in your computer if you try to take it out then you are out of luck. It does not want to come out of your computer at all. The plastic is so cheap and made terrible. When we took it out of the computer it took an army to get the clip to come out of the jack on my computer. It actually broke and completely ripped away from the cord itself. Then we had to try to get the cheap plastic out of the back of my computer. I then had to go to the store and buy two new cords that were actually made well. Flat cord = great concept, Cheap plastic= disaster. Save your money.
