I have been using Poise pads (long length) for years. Decided to try these with the 'wings'... thought they would stay in place better. Well..... sorta.... 1st - It says long length, but not as long as the regular Poise pads. 2nd - The pad itself is too narrow & the wings too small. Now think - if someone is buying the long length, most likely she is a larger person. Larger panties, wider crotch... These.do.not.work for anyone over a size 14. 3rd - The individual packaging is poorly designed. Sticky tape closure, inadequate usage instructions. Would not buy again.
